Refund Policy

At Inscape Prints we aim for every customer to be 100% happy, satisfied and in love with their new print. We offer the finest quality printing service & the most luxurious paper on offer.

As our first edition of prints are limited edition, printed to order, signed and numbered, with both certificates of authenticity and a letter from the artist we cannot offer refunds.

However, if in the unlikely event there is any damage to your item or you receive the wrong print we can send a replacement asap. Just send us a picture of the item and an email detailing the issue to lisasarajenkin@yahoo.com and we will give you the details of how to return your print for an immediate replacement.
